This album with 3 cd's offers a unique overview and insight in the elaborate oeuvre of Pierre de La Rue (Doornik, 1450 - Kortrijk, 1518), Margaret of Austria's favourite composer. Today Capilla Flamenca is known to be the main interpreter of his work.

Apart from previously released recordings, this album also includes the WORLD PREMIERE RECORDING of de La Rue's Missa sub tuum praesidium. For the first time in history, it was Capilla Flamenca who recorded this mass!
